I am new in the astro imaging world. I just started last summer. I live in Italy in Milan suburb. I do like spectroscopy which I do using Grism (Grating+Prism) connected to my 120ED telescope. I have an MX916 CCD and I am going to buy a used Canon 350D camera in order to start some colour imaging test. I have uploaded an M42 picture I made which is my first try to image deep sky object using my tools and some info found in internet. I hope to improve.
My project is the following: to learn enough to start to give my little contribute to the scientific community, and I hope to start as soon as possible to do something that can help.
I met Mike in New York and I understood its great passion on astro-scientific-imaging during our discussion in a shop related with astroimaging. He has a great experience which is difficult to find for me, and an astronomy amateur can benefit so much in discussing with him.
In my real life I am a Food Packaging Consultant and Jazz guitar player. I have a family with my lovely wife Antonella and our 14 years daughter Chiara.
Sorry for my bad english.
